My background is colored in an assortment of interests and experiences. Moving from the U.K. to California in my twenties I studied massage therapy, reiki and became a certified yoga instructor. I also developed a keen interest in Advaita Vedanta philosophy and co-led tours to Ramana Maharshi’s Ashram and the surrounding area of Southern India. It was during this times of study, yoga and meditation that I realized I had the psychic ability of clairsentience or being empathic and have been developing this gift ever since. This gift allows me to “read” your energy and emotions immediately and identify energy blocks, for a more accurate, personal and complete healing.
Thyroid cancer. That was the diagnosis.
I sat in the endocrinologist’s office, listening to him say the words papillary carcinoma and thyroidectomy and radiation treatments. My body was numb.
As he kept talking, I started to hear another voice, a smaller voice, inside my head. This inner voice was saying things like, “This doesn’t have to be your life” and “You don’t have to do this!” and “There’s a better way.” I found myself listening to this voice and not the endocrinologist with her talk of scheduling surgery and radiation side effects and medication for life.
By the time I’d driven home, I knew one thing…
I wanted no part of surgery or radiation, and my search for alternative treatments would begin immediately.
That day was April 7, 2014. Almost 4 years later, I’m cancer-free without surgery and radiation, thanks to The Emotion Code and Body Code healing modalities, and my willingness to make the necessary changes in my life.
The cancer was the catalyst, but it was by no means the whole story. This work has helped me get in touch with me and what I’m about, what I want in my life, and how to change to get there. But more importantly:
This is the thing that saved my life. Now, I want to give it to you.
In 2015 I became certified as a Body Code practitioner. I’m passionate about helping other people achieve their vision of health and well-being. So I encourage you to take a chance on yourself, because really, you are worth it, and great things lie ahead.
